The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the rare case of non-delivery. If your package does not arrive within 21 days (30 days for some international destinations), you may qualify for either:

• A full reship of the same order at no extra cost, or
• A full refund (in cryptocurrency equivalent)

If you receive a damaged package or a completely incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We will review the case and may offer a reshipment. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
